Mud and Stone + National Candles collaboration

We are very happy to share our new collaboration with National Candles, one of New Zealand’s most established candle makers. With a long heritage and a commitment to time-honoured techniques, their candles tell a uniquely New Zealand story. We share the belief that everyday objects can be elevated through beauty, quality, and craft, and we are proud to be part of their journey this holiday season.

Together, we created a limited run of handmade ceramic candle holders and melt plates to complement their candle range. Each piece is shaped and refined by hand in our West Coast studio and finished in four of our signature glazes. Subtle variations in tone and texture are part of the process, giving each object its own quiet character.

We are grateful to work with a team whose values align so closely with our own. The collection is now available on the National Candles website.
